I provide both traditional psychotherapy and Movement & Exercise Psychotherapy™ (MEP™), a unique integrative approach that combines evidence-based psychotherapy with movement-based techniques to support emotional regulation, stress reduction, and mind–body connection. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating daily stressors, life transitions, burnout, sleep difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, or who are seeking increased confidence and resilience. I also support concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, ASD, and other neurodevelopmental differences.
My work draws on over 10 years of experience in personal training and coaching, alongside a master’s degree in clinical psychology and specialized experience in child, adolescent, and neurodivergent mental health. I am currently completing my doctoral degree in clinical psychology. My therapeutic approach is evidence-informed and integrative, incorporating CBT, ACT, humanistic principles, and somatic-based interventions. I offer a flexible, client-centred space where therapy may be talk-based, movement-integrated, or a combination of both, depending on client needs and preferences.
In MEP™, we collaborate to create a personalized plan that honours your strengths, supports growth, and helps you feel more grounded, regulated, and empowered in daily life. Sessions are offered in-person in Orangeville, Ontario, or virtually, and are tailored to each client’s goals, comfort level, and abilities. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO.
