I provide Movement & Exercise Psychotherapy™ (MEP™), a unique and integrative approach that combines elements of psychotherapy with movement-based techniques to support emotional regulation, stress reduction, and mind-body connection. This approach is beneficial for anyone who is navigating daily stressors, life transitions, trouble sleeping, burnout, or just looking to increase confidence and resiliency factors. It is also helpful for anxiety, depression, and trauma. It is particularly effective for those with ASD, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences. I bring over 10 years of experience in personal training and coaching, combined with a master’s degree in clinical psychology and specialized expertise in child, adolescent, and neurodivergent mental health. I am currently completing my doctoral degree in clinical psychology. My approach is evidence-informed, integrating CBT, ACT, humanistic principles, and somatic-based interventions to create a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and strengthen the connection between mind and body.
In MEP™, we collaborate to create a personalized plan that honors your strengths, supports growth, and helps you feel more grounded, regulated, and empowered in daily life, based on your individual goals. Sessions are currently offered in-person or online, and are tailored to meet your individual needs and preferences.
